Kaleyard's mission is to unite people through cooking, eating and sharing food together.
The old Scot's word "Kaleyard" means a kitchen garden, a word that defines the ethos of our cooking school.
We believe that anyone can cook cost effective, seasonal and nutritious food from scratch. With a little help from us, we hope to inspire you to find the confidence to cook, eat and share.
Kaleyard believes that the power of food can heal, unite and inspire globally. We offer free or subsidised to marginalised community groups and also teach cookery in various schools across Glasgow. All profits from our masterclasses and catering fund these projects.
